Everyone wants to look young and great and its al the things depend on our food, which type of food you eat? Are you eating on the time? And more, these are the most important questions in our life. Lack of time we didn’t eat on the time and the result will show on my face and health. That’s why everyone suggests that eat healthy food and be on the time. The truth is that ageing not only affects the way we look but also our overall health.
We people are just busy with their work and no more time for our health we always around with pollution that affect on our skin and health both. I just give you an example you are doing work 8 to 9 hours and if you are outside of the office then definitely you are suffered with pollution, but if you are inside the office and you think I am safe then you are wrong, absolutely wrong because we are using some machines and computers those directly effect on our skin, everyone knows machines and computers directly through the hot raises which is not good for our skin. I am also doing 9 to 10 hours work on my laptop and I also suffered from skin problem because of continue work. Someone suggest me and I followed him, now I becomes very health conscious girl.
Whenever I start my work I always drink a glass of juice and I never drink plan water I used some protein on my water bottle that makes me fresh and healthy always. And I always take a break after 30 minutes and look at the outside that makes my eyes cool and healthy. I love reading and writing both and I just want to share my real experience with you guys. I hope my real experience would be accommodating for you.
Some useful tips for my reader –
Include a lot of whole-grains, brightly coloured (red, yellow and green) fruits and vegetables into your daily diet. Choose fresh, seasonal and organic foods.
Protein sources like fish, soya, peas and beans, seeds, nuts, fermented milk and food products.
Natural sources of fats such as seeds, nuts, coconut, fish and cold pressed oils.
Functional foods like barley, oats, soya, garlic, onion, mushrooms, berries, yoghurt, etc.
Probiotic foods like kefir (fermented milk) and yoghurt.
Prebiotic foods like whole-grains, soya, vegetables, fruits and seeds.
Minimal or better still, no processed or refined foods, sugars, hydrogenated fats, preservatives, chemicals, etc.
And always make some yoga and visit at
spa resorts and utilize some spa therapies in a week. It will become you peaceful and calm.
